- www.grocerysumo.com accepts orders only over Rs.300. (minimum order has to be Rs. 300).
- Grocery Sumo will deliver orders above Rs.300 only. If in any case, orders below Rs.300 will be rejected by Grocery Sumo. We will inform the customers through phone if the order is cancelled for such reasons.
- If the payment has been already done for orders below Rs.300 through online payment mode, refunds will be made either through cash (within 24 hours) or through bank processes (within 3 to 4 working days).
- Offer Items is valid for a limited time and based on availability of stocks. Grocery Sumo reserves the right to stop, change or modify any of its offers and prices without prior notice.
- All products listed on the site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified.
- We have a no questions asked return and refund policy.
- We have made every effort to display the colors and sizes of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, there may be differences to the colors and sizes sometimes. Grocery Sumo is not responsible for any such color and size difference.
- If in case of any disputes, the user agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
- The courts at Coimbatore jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdictions in any proceedings arising out of any disputes.
