How can customers pay?
- Customers can make their payments through online mode of payment or through cash on delivery (COD).
- Grocerysumo have multiple payment modes for online shopping which includes net banking, credit/debit card payments, wallet payments etc.
- Customers should explicitly mention their mode of payment during checkout if it is cash on delivery (COD).
Is there any Delivery Charge?
- Grocerysumo charges flat Rs.30 for each delivery. Grocerysumo operates with a very low margin profits so that our customers can benefit in the maximum possible way.
- Grocerysumo charges flat Rs.50 for express delivery (three to four hours delivery).
- Minimum cart value is Rs.300 in order to process the orders.
How can customers get refund?
- Customer refunds are made within 24 hours if the payment is received through cash on delivery.
- If customer payment is received through online mode, refund will initiated immediately and it will take 4 working days to be credited back to customers depending upon the bank.
Delivery
What is Normal delivery?
- Normal delivery will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of order placed
- Normal delivery will be charged at flat rate of Rs.30.
What is Express delivery?
- Orders placed under express delivery will be delivered within 3 to 4 hours from the time of order placed.
- Express delivery is allowed only for orders placed until 2pm every day, for express delivery placed after 2pm will be considered as normal delivery and the difference in delivery charge amount will be refunded through cash to customers.
- If the order is placed through phone or WhatsApp customer need to mention if they expect an express delivery.
- While shopping customers have to select the express delivery checkbox during checkout if they opt for express delivery.
How our customer orders are packed?
- Customer orders will be packed in large plastic crates carefully.
- Grocerysumo assures that all food items will be packed separately from household products like cleaning products.
- For smaller orders, we use 100% recyclable ecofriendly bags.
How do we deliver the orders?
- We use our signature delivery vans for delivery.
- For express deliveries, two wheelers are used.
How can customers track their orders?
- Customer will receive SMS once the order is dispatched.
- Customer can call customer support number to know the exact location of delivery vechicles.
